Just a contour rendering with some color reference. Not sure where I want to go with this: leave it behind or paint it up with a real background and everything. Thoughts?

(The standing stones are an amalgam of several sites I visited in Scotland, including the spiral petroglyphs.)

liked the grass very much! but the gargoyle looks like he's going to fall...

im not exactly sure why, but i think you should just leave this one alone. it looks cool and there is much more that you can do to it.. . .but i would just leave it alone. nice picture

Well this is nice ! I like the composition you made with the stones. But is there any peculiar reason why both wings seem to curve to the left ?..
You didn't use many colors nor textures but it works even with the runic simbols.

Nice work atomick, I really enjoy the composition of this piece. While lots of white usually hinders things, it works well in this piece. keep it up!
