Here again some very stupid questions:

1. How can I make the UV maps in Lightwave that they fit the model, I have tried it, but after I had colored it in Photoshop and returned it to Lightwave it doesn't really fit.
There where white parts in the texture and I think there must be a method to make the Uv maps fitting.

2.Always when I try to render a model in Lightwave/Layout I get the message :"No UV selected"
But how can I select an UV in the Layout ?

3. I always see some people in this Forum who show their models. Are those pics just a copy of the monitor which was prepared with photoshop or is there an oppinion to make a direct picture of the model after rendering.
Something like "Save as" under Photoshop.

Please help me I am a reall newbie. (But I can draw very well)

Hey!

If you want reactions on this 3d stuff you'd better try the 3d forum!

About the pics: it's sometimes a screencapture but usually people render stuff out and use GI rendering or other lighting techniques. Wireframes and wips are usually just screencaptures.
