Gob are a pretty cool band - 'For the moment' hell gets stuck in yer head...

...
This started out as a hand study my friend did. He drew it and the tree and adam and the snake. I did the colouring and added in Eve. And the grass stuff.

You might say the hand is anatomically incorrect, perhaps so but my friend can do some really akward hand positions.

I'm stuck on what to do now... i want to do clouds but i have no idea how to make thyem look good, i was thinking a stormy, windy type atmosphere.

BTW I'm not really a religious person or nothing, this has no significance to me, i just thought it was a cool sketch and an opportunity for me to better my digital painting skills.

Perhaps so, but even a strange perspective doesn't excuse phalanges of extreme different length.
That said, the first thing I thought was "uh oh.. they're in trouble !" so I guess the message gets across. There still is much white in your picture. You might want to check out some rock references as well as trees for form, colour and texture reference.

Hope it helps

yeh i see what you mean about the different sized fingers, i was thinking about the wrist looking a bit odd. I don't care though - not my drawing...

I know what you mean about the overall lightness of the image. That's where the dark storm clouds would come to play but i figured i'd probably need to darken and change the rest of the colours and i'm pretty much Over working on this thing.

I could fix up the tree but i like the comic-ish style it has now.

BTW - notice the dirty fingernails - I personally like 'em :)

I have noticed but didn't wanted to offense you or your friend with hygiene comments ;)

Don't be afraid to launch yourself at an artwork. Get into thick of things even if it means getting the big blunt brushes out. It's never to late to change something either if it's turning it into a dark scene, gritty scene, etc.
Roll up your sleeves and get your digital hands dirty ! :)
