Yeah. This is my best CG to date. I'm 15, and since I'm still growing, please tell me things to work on for the future.
I know I need to work on muscles and some shading.
Please crit, anything you say would be helpful to me.
OH! I plan on going to Cal Arts for Character Animation, so things that would help me with that, would really help me out. Thanks a bunch.
*edit* YES, this is as far as I plan on going with this. I'm not sure what to do with hair. I changed my style recently, and I'm not sure how to CG hair.

This thread is moved from CC to SWIPs, because it does not fit the standards of the Critique Center:
No Sketches, Doodles or WIPs!
Please read this sticky (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=51731) at the top of the Forum before posting again.

You got several anatomy issues (long arms, short torso, short necks, wonky boobs). Try using a reference next time. Leave the software alone for a while, go back to pencil and paper. Just draw draw draw and then you can mess around digitally better. I kinda like the skincolors and the highlight on the breast, but color is another issue. First get the basics right. Go to http://www.saveloomis.org/ , download those books and study. Don't worry about style, worry about knowing your foundations first, the style will come you by itself with experience.
Btw, i can't see that devart site, cos it has some mature content filter. I'm no member of devart and i'm sure i got no filter on.

I actually did use a refrence, but I guess you're right. I'll draw some more, and practice some more. I'll have to start going back to that site. I remember some people telling me that I'd learn much better, if I looked at photos and real people. So I did. It actually helped. Maybe I'll do both?
Thank you so much for your crit. I'll work hard to get better.

There is something to learn from photos but photos can misguide you too. Unless you are making an exact copy of a photo it can distort form. Nothing can do you as much good as studying Loomis... and Concept Art dot ORG.
Seriously, CA is the best. Spend lot of time here studying the sketch book section and reading crits on other people work through out the site.

photos, just like tv, flatten an image. you get the wrong sense of their form. they are great for a variety of reasons, but you have to be aware of any wide angle distortion/flattening/and skewed perspective--try to use pictures taken from farther away.

you'll catch on to the anatomical stuff...
meanwhile, start looking at the properties of light and shadow.
shadow really helps to express form,
and the light doesnt always have to be white.
give it temperature, warm or cool.
lots of tutorials on this site for light and color theory.

L. Scott Knight:
I see what you mean. If I could only get into some kind of life drawing class, that'd probolly help me out so very much.
Do you know if there is a loomis site that has it in PDF form? That'd be really convienent for me. Is save loomis orginization the only site?
antquin: Hmmm. So once I get a good grasp on perspective, I should be able to draw from photos better?
DSillustration: Let's hope.
I try to go by the
Shadows: Cool colors.
Highlight: Warm colors.
Is that right? I've found this one site that basicly told you everything. I think it was itchstudious or something like that. I never really read the whole thing. I just printed it, and hoped to one day read it. Darn my laziness.
Would there be any site that you'd suggest for me to use?
Thank you all for your comments, they really have helped me out.

SOmetimes tutorials and sites won't be able to help you. Just observe things. You don't necessarily have to draw them, but just look really hard and try to figure it out. Say you were in a blue lit room. Are the highlights still warm?
Shadows can be warm as well (shadowy areas, cast shadows are almost always cold unless the surface is a nice warm color.), if the thing reflecting on it is warm.
Also, for now, DROP THE ANIME. I'm not going to go into detail, but here:

Thank you.
though this wasn't really an 'anime' drawing..........besides, I'm already aware of this, and have been drawing realism, thoug I don't flood my DA with it, I do draw it.
I do draw anime on the side, but most of my drawings are realistic. I just ENJOY anime more...besides, I barley consider my art anime...well my newer stuff anyways. Well whatever. Thanks.
