looks like you are off to a start in art! A few tips for now: start with simple shapes and make sure your proportions are right, and everything looks well balanced. Study, study, study anatomy and practice. Use guidlines to make sure the facial features are lined up right. Put your piece up to a mirror, the mirror will expose a lot of mistakes you won't see when drawing. Use reference material and dont just copy it, study it.

If you can, and are seriously interested and want to stick with art (unless you are able to get them free!), you may want to take some art classes, specifically figure drawing. They will prove to be immensely helpful, especially since it seems your biggest problem is anatomy.
Keep practicing, practice, experience, and many years of it do the trick.
Also think about composition and the rule of thirds (look it up, gotta make you work for it, right? hehe I am mean.) This will also improve your pieces.
Welcome to concept art, she is a wonderful and beautiful bitch goddess. Treat her well!
