Hi there folks. Are there any books out there available on how to create art using photoshop or painter? I have various books on how to use the software but they seem to be photo bisedand am stuck when it comes to making a piece of art from scratch.

Digital Character Design and Painting: The Photoshop CS Edition, by Don Seegmiller (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1584503408). Also available in an older, Painter based edition.
