Hamsta - everyone agrees that your work has been improving drastically lately, but i think your last dsg was much better than this one, I have a hard time figuring out whats going on, thres a lack of depth to it - i have an especially hard time figuring out whats in the background and whats in the foreground, as for the symbols all around im guessing its an interface to the game you're talking about, and the text boxes are the two black masses at top and bottom, but that just seems to further confuse me. there are lights in and shadows in odd areas especially with its right arm and head. the trunk makes sense visually but the head seems almost perfectly flat. i've never seen the game so that could very well be how it looks.

anyways, i dont know if you really wanted crit on it, if not just ignore all of ^ that :)

I know the head and neck of the kid are quite fecked, but its way too late, i'm tired and should be sleeping, so couldn't be bothered anymore.. >:|
..I'd like to point out though, that i tried to make the shadow seem to be growing over the kid, perhaps overpowering him and maybe this is his way getting power over people or even.. Muhahahahaa take over the werld!..

All right, so the idea given of the Avon lady in the description really buried itself in my head.

Some of the ones already posted look good. Way better than my crappy sketch.

I don't know if I'll ever get better at speed painting (this was about an hour and a half, my self-appointed deadline), but I sure like using these as ways to kick my creativity in to gear.
