Unique RPG Looking for (Map) designer

Hey im Gravitygod the mod leader of a new unique RPG concept.
i will explain the idea a bit. (storyline must be written)

you will be a guy in a huge word.
there is 1 big city (kinda capical city)
its a city with big (BIG) buildings high to the sky.
The most is build out of metal.
A dark city with much police on the streets (becouse of gangs)
the gouvermant is verry corrupted.
the town is bordered by a big plasma wall.
in the city everything is very Hi tech
But very dark, rusty and dirty.
Outside this big wall there is an whole other world.
there are towns, gangs and other
surprising envoirments.
You will play 1 of the people who live in a peacefull village

You need to earn money by doing quests and there will be LOTS of weapons in the mod (melee, guns etc)

its hard to imagine how this world will look like so i found some images who will fit in this picture

i would something like that for my mod map of the world where the character lives in.

i got some new ideas to.
i will build a job/cash system in it.
that you can make your own weapons/armor and sell it
make items etc etc.
You will earn exp points/cash by finishing quest
