The style is fantastic, very much Francis Bacon alike, but I would hide a little bit the mirror effect, because it makes a tiny lazy feeling, if you change a brush here and there, and not only the leg below it wont disturb so much.

hahah, love it. I have a hard time critting abstract work, but I think you've done a good job with the composition. My eye keeps radiating out, then sucked in again to the detail and contrast in the middle, helps creative this distinct vibe. The colors combos appear muddy over all, when they could be adding so much more to this one. Maybe conserving saturation to areas you want to draw the eye more.. and perhaps shifting the blues and violets to more of a green hue to unify your color comp? Just some ideas. Expressive stuff though, keep it up!

Yeah I think the colour is that way because I painted it primarily with a projector as my monitor, because this is intended to be done in front of people - little project of mine. I'll go home and up those tonight. And thanks :)

Mr David: THere's a hell of a lot more different than that if you see it up close. The idea is to give people who are off their tits something to stare at and figure out the different bits haha - I'm giong to be doing some stuff in the chill out room of a dance party me and some friends are organising, so it's much more the details that count than the initial impact. These people are happy to sit and stare at things for quite a long time hahaha

While I like this in general, the purple thigh at the bottom seems to stiffen the design too much. Perhaps if it wasn't so horizontal, it would allow things to flow a little better.
