Yeah, the WhiteOut pen! I hadn't used one in a LOOOOONG time.

Davi: It was done on blue paper but I did clone out some of the printed text that was on the paper (in PhotoShop).

what type of pen are you using over this? like a bic? or something like a pilot? I've never drawn over white out, but i picture it being annoying because of the texture build up. would need a very "wet" pen tip.

I use a standard bic WhiteOut pen. The liquid paper in those seems to be of a more fluid quality. It doesn't really build-up and if it does it's VERY minor. I've found that a ball point pen or a fine felt tip work work REALLY well with it . . .
