I am tired, that said, the strongest point is the face, the Eyes could be a little brighter but that is personal preference. The cloth is the weakest, Try drapping a shirt over an object and drawing, give it a shot it could help. and the armor looks a little bland. Not bad

I really like this, and the more I look at it I want to find someway to see what kind of person is beneath her "poker face" relaxed-but-ready stance.
The character is done in nearly all smooth textures. The background has a rough texture to it. These two things need to communicate with each other a little more. I would suggest more texture on the character some place, and more variety (scratches, more varience in the reflections) in the way you're rendering the armor.
I wonder if you have seen http://www.artrenewal.org/asp/database/art.asp?aid=844 or http://www.artrenewal.org/asp/database/image.asp?id=9793
Obviously your work is stylized in a much different way, but some lessons can be applied. It would be well worth the effort to redo the portions of armor and try to make them look as close as possible to the style of these masters, and then re-evaluate what you want your personal approach to this particular piece to be.

I'm just wondering how she is holding the sword :\ It looks a bit wierd, either her hand is in a awkward position, or that is a real funny shaped sword, or is it balancing somehow? Maybe its just me!!
haah! But it still looks good, but It would look great if you listen to what everyone above is saying. Good luck with it!

Thank's to all of you.
Indeed the armor needs a little more work and the sword is something like Blood Rayne sword.

Good stuff. I think a little color would add some depth and life to it. Quite good, though.

She looks a bit more asian than Gaelic... I mean the armor does. Good job though, and I think the eyes could stand to be brighter.

I like how she looks like she is going to be inocent but has a kick ass sword behind her waiting to kill. In my interpretation I think the darkness of the pic works well. She has the qualities of a young Oren Ishi from Kill Bill. Great work!

I like the character design. As for the critic, her forehead is too bright, it felt like she's wearing a white bandana there. The nose is a little big, but it's not a big deal.
Nice detail on the armour, but don't let that get in your way of lighting and shadings. Right now the lighting there is confusing and it's hard to tell the light source. Ignore the details when you color and shade, it might help you to see the form better.

Hmmmmm I'm guessing it was inspired by 'Battle Angel Alita'. Nicely done though :^^:
