Well, not to try and turn anything into any sort of debate, but as a Christian myself, I may not enjoy the subject matter, but NoNiCk, you definetly didn't accomplish anything good with your post.

Thanks for helping add to the stereotypes and bitterness toward the rest of those who have Christian beliefs. We all apriciate it.

The artwork's sujbect may not be to our liking, but that's not necessarily what these forums are for. I personally agree with Phalanx3D, they seem slightly flat, somewhat lacking emotion. I find putting emotion into my art somewhat difficult as well.

What medium are you using? It looks like Photoshop. As a 3D animation student, I'm learning to aquire drawing skills along with my 3D skills. One thing that is necessary it to create a life or emotion in the marks we make. Playing with a variety of marking tools can help you find out what kind of marks you can make. Have some fun with stuff.

This is a professional business. Just because you do something that seems satanic doesn't mean its necessarily evil or that you are evil. I drew a picture just a couple weeks ago of a demon...its just the biz. These pictures don't bother me as being evil. I quite like most of them. Draw on El Cheif ;)

i know, this will be a senseless and long discussion in this thread...:rolleyes: :yawns:

El Chief, faces are not your strong side, eh? :p

Some of your work remind me of surrealism...seems that you changed the background of the first image since my last view on the other forum...

@NoNick
you're a funny guy, aren't you?

@platypusStar
that's photoshop, you're right. i will try out painter soon. it's really hard to put emotion in the pictures, but i think that depends on the individual looking at them too. so some will like it and think about it, others not. but that's just my opinion (and i am evil, right? :D )

@WildSpruceMouse
thx dude. you saved my day...

@Fozzybar
yeah. i think i should use some references for the next girlies (perhaps jessica alba?). and no, i didnt change the background of the first one. but anyway, cool that you are here too... :)
