This person named Duncan from Singapore saw my stuff at http://deadspirit6.epilogue.net and offered me to do art for his horror comic. This is a 15 minute initial sketch which will be finally done as a semi-realistic render. Check this out and let me know.

Very effective at quickly eminating (sp?) the feel of evil and malice. I like it, because it gives a rough representation of what the characters is all about. After looking at this for 5seconds you know he isn't up to any good :)

nice picture, but he really doesnt eminate evil, he just looks a bit silly, like those characters from that tv show: gargoyles. im not saying he isnt a good character, im just saying the cartoony villian is sooo overdone its hard for me to take him seriously. What a good horror character needs is something to make him human, so we can relate to him, but twisted enough(not to much) to be horrified by him. thats why vampires are so scary in many cultures, they look human, but underneath it all they are evil. Im thinkin add lots of shadows to this guy, make him less cartoony, and you cant go wrong. Bigger isnt allways better.
good luck pazshadow:evilbat:

deadspirit6 : I noticed the same thing in your previous post and think it would be an advantageous thing if you could work on your stuff and from time to time check references. It really helps your characters come alive after having done a few muscular anatomy studies.
