Guys, you've all been really great help in the past :), and I'm back to beg for more help!!

This painting is hardly even half-done, but here's what I have so far. These two girls are 'twins', whatever that means.

Which version do you think is better?

V6: with the 'Asian-looking' twin that desperately needs tweaking
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v738/brettshard/twinsv6.jpg

V7: with the pasted identical twin
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v738/brettshard/twinsv7.jpg

I'm tempted to keep working on V7 now cuz I'm so lazy plus it's so hard to paint the same face twice...I'll tweak details, of course, the clothing, hair, lip, lighting & stuff so that it doesn't look like they're copied and pasted. But do you like V7's composition? Do you think I should make the twin behind bigger or what?

Or if I were to keep on working on V6, I'll push the Asian twin closer so that she'll appear to be whispering in her sister's ear.

What do you guys think?

Help me decide...ahhhh!!! I'll be eternally grateful.

The composition in V6 is more interesting, but they don't look like twins. If they did, I'd definately go for that one.

V7 is a bit uninteresting, and it's obviously an 'easy option'. It would certainly be better if it had a definitive light source. I know you've pasted the same pic, so the light is in the same place. But it's now in the same place RELATIVE TO EACH HEAD, rather than relative to both of them. The only light source that can do this is the sun - any other light has an angle shift - and it doesn't look like they're in sunlight. Wouldn't there be a shadow on the back twin from the front one?

So go with V6, and make the likenesses work (good idea to push the headws close IMO), unless you're being lazy :P , in which case you've answered your own question...
