servus!

okay... this is something I am doing for school right now, and it is only a quick preleminary sketch.

I just wanted to get your opinions about the perspective and the drone style.

This drone is based of a jelly fish and itīs got rotor thingies at his side to fly or hover around. I has got sensors and cameras at the bottom to watch out for stuff. I has got these sensors and cams at the bottom, because itīs a ground surveilance drone.

The blue stripe you see beneath is supposed to be a train. I just blocked in the basic shapes, to give you the idea of the perspective i chose.
I jope you can read it, and give me somne thoght about perspective and coloring and stuff...

thanks in Advance!

I completely redesigned that watch drone, since i thought it looked kind of boring.
Another thing is, that i suddenly had that dragonfly picture in my mind, so i though iīll just go ahead and try that one.

You might want to put that in the WIP section, since this is going to be a storyboard kind of thing. And i am still working on it.

I would really like some thoughts and oppinions about that drone.

i agree with you about the watch drone, it is kinda boring. i wouldnt say the perspective is off at all, but the drone definitely isnt looking at the train the way you drew it.. . ...it would have to be INCREDIBLY long in order for that to work. im not really feelin the overall form, but its definitely not bad. the second one you posted is a lot more exciting, but the perspective on the right wings is off... . it needs to be foreshortened. maybe the head could use some revising, but it looks fine the way it is now.. . just a thought.

i hope none of this sounded too harsh.. ..just trying to give some helpful feedback.. .

you are right. I am definately not happy with the head as it is right now, but since this is only a sketch, i am going to work at this.

I allready foreshortened those righthand wings, but i am not really good at it so your comment is helpful and right.
I used some 3d rendering programm for the underlying structure, and to get perspective right, since i am way too lazy to do it without such a programm.

But anyways... i am going to work on those wings, thank you. :)
