i'll be updating this as i add characters, doin some "need a new game job" portfolio work. trying to combine a couple styles with this, then again it's 5am right now so i don't know if i'm dreaming this post..have to check tomorrow

Keep in mind that your portfolio will be judged on it's weaknesses. So only put your bestest work in there. :)

However, what is more important is that you can show different textures... right now, you have to assume that the gray part is metal, and the other part is cloth...
It could be my monitor, but it seems really dark, and in general unless you are going to be working for a company in which all their titles are dark, you may want to make sure you understand developing the character as a whole, because alot of time someone else will take your drawing and build and texture from there, and don't want to sepend all day asking you what this texture is supposed to be? Or what that thing on his arm is supposed to be? Not that the whole thing has to be detailed, but some areas that have a really good representation of what the materials are is great...

thanks, i like that being judged on weakness advice, it's an interesting piece of advice.. good though thanks:)
there's other pieces on my site egerie besides that one, he's just the newest.
