Here's a piece I did recently and posted it on another forum.
Hope you guys like it.
Again ,I know it's very diferent from the usual posts ,but I trully want the opinions of the great artists on this site.
most of my local fellow artists want to bring world peace thru sculpture,I will settle for a few tips and pointers to better my future projects.

the piece was carved from a plaster plaque, and aves sculpt.

I hope you like it,I'll take my answer off the air.

That looks amazing. How big is it? Cast that bad boy up and paint it gold. Looks like it belongs in a Aztek treasure chest. Great job on the detailing.

thanx for the comments you guys,It's great to have great artists give you opinnions on your work.
the cross is aprox. 6'' x8'' already molded it .looking for a real gold like looking finish or even bronze or silver.
I've tried the smooth on powdered gold you sprinkle on the mold ,but not really diggin' the final result.
any ideas?
this one was just drybrushed with acrylics.
I plan on doing some of the reliefs from the AvP movie and this was mostly a test based on historical events and pieces.
