Danny, you need to pay attention in these Forums where you are, because certain sections are for certain activities.
The main Forum page explains what each section here is about, and what kind of posts belong there.

This is the type of post you would put in the Lounge.
You should also try doing some web searches for "Free Painting programs" and see what is out there. This Forum is not an information clearing house, this is where people work on their drawing and painting skills.
