The son's dedire

Hello… this is my last work… For an exposition, I did this work about the son’s desire.
The son lives in the family house, in a farm, very far away the city. There he has every thing than he needs to live, and live fine. But the curiosity, make him to run away to see the “other world”, where are the vices and the corruption of the world… When he see that, came to the scene the suggestor. That person, it’s like the opposite of the father, who carry about his son…

I painted with Photosho cs2, painter ix, wacom and a lot of time.

that looks really amazing. how did you get that character transparent?

The transparent character I draw it like a normal standing person. Second, I erase the legs, and erase again with gradient at the bottom. There, I done some free transform with the photoshop cs2, specially at the bottom... and finally, i put the opacity at 25%...
