Ok i really suck at anime body proportions, shading, and point of views. If you have some suggestions, please help.

anime bodies follow the same principles man. The only thing I find different about it is the shape of the head and the big eyes, and sometimes the vertical "nike check" nose.

if you ask that question man...its time to reevaluate. stay away from anime for now. learn how to draw first then anime will be easy. go to this site and look at the all the books. memorize them and i guarentee with practice and hard work youll be able to draw anime bodies with ease...www.saveloomis.org

In my experience of drawing anime, the body is an exagerrated version of the average human being. Like everyone has said above, in order to understand the exaggeration, you must know the original body that inspired its genre.
Also, there are books published specifically for the male/female anime body. Research will help immensely.
As far as small tidbits go: keep the legs long, the eyes big, the hair clumped, and the heads big. And with shading, understand the drawing as shapes, not as a whole person. Shading is easy once you get that down.

You'l find it extremly easy to do after you've learnt to draw the human body un-changed first.
