just some thoughts....
since the greens of your portrait are so secluded in the overall color composition (they are not anywhere else in the image), it looks like its just a layer pasted on..or a mask...it doesnt look unified. now i could see it being green like that for some sort of emotional symbolism..but there does not seem to be any of that...i mean its not like you are curled up on the floor in anguish or sick...so the green doesnt seem to support any abstract mood symbols...point is, color is something which can be fully thought out.
however, the green could work if it were elsewhere in the image...then it might seem more unified, because it does not have thought into it color wise...well not a whole lot...it seems unfinished.
the composition is nice though...the lighting is nice but could be a bit stronger on the face so it seems as if it is lit in that environment...
is the picture on the wall yours? if it is..then that definitely adds an additional layer of quality to an image like this which is put together rather than just being a shot of something which is captured and in that moment...
the hair on the back of the head is not cut out well either.

I think the horizontal paint strokes on the wall actually help lead the eye to the pic on the wall. Was that intentional? Very nice-
Most crits are what JM said.
