Hey there,
Im just new to this forum.
I'll put some stuff here soon but don't expect too much from it.

Well now, I wanted to ask if someone could give me some advice on some good anatomy-books (human anatomy ofcourse)
I would like 1 or 2 books that could really help me with improving the anatomy in my drawings.

Mind that I live in Belgium, Europe, so books that are available in your local bookstore won't be very helpfull :).

Thanks,

Skizzy

PS: I'm only fifteen years old and my home-language is Flemish. So I'm sorry if my English isn't so good :).

same question here (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=38425)

more books here (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=22558)

A good start would be Loomis, Figure drawing for all it's worth, since you can download it for free here (http://www.saveloomis.org/)
His other books are great as well (except fun with a pencil, which is too simple in my opinion to improve fast).

Most of the other books can be ordered through www.proxis.be ... amazon might be even cheaper, dunno (books cheaper, shippingcost higher).

Srr, forgot to search for topics with the same question :bashful: .

But that Loomis book is pretty good, i guess :).
Only have one question: Is there somewhere a pdf file from that book, I'd like to print it out, but I wouldn't like to copy/paste each page to Word before printing it :). (200 pages, would take way too long)

There must be some pdf links around here, but I'm not sure where, you'll have to do a search ... I see the same question by Denart a bit lower on this page, dunno if it got answered, lol.

Anyway, those are bmp's so I printed them out by selecting 10 pages or so (too many and it gave an error -> memory unsufficient or smt), right click, print (optimize print options first by printing 1 page) ... and so on, I got a fast printer, so that worked fine.

Unfortunately, I only found out about it AFTER I finished downloading each and every image from http://d538518.u320.bigcrawler.com/FigureDrawing/figure.htm (204 images) :[

edit : probably too late, didn't check the date...
