Lookin' good!

One common practice is to buy one pack of black Sculpey III for each box of Super Sculpey and mix the two. Since S. Sculpey comes in 4 layers, and Sculpey III comes in 4 small bricks, it works out easy for smaller mixes too. From what I've read/experienced, the act of mixing the colored with the pink until it's one uniform color also means you've conditioned your sculpey perfectly.

I finally 2 weeks ago, in fact, bought one (pasta machine) and WOW... it was worth it. Its possible because of it I will be sculpting even more now! The mixing of black sculpy and pink was so easy.

I have a pasta machine too. They aren't too expensive. Try to get one that just rolls out flat sheets as opposed to the noodles. I have one that rolls out flat sheets and has a nob to adjust the thickness. Its good for mixing, softening, and making anything that requires a consistent thickness, like belts. As far as mixing in the small blocks of colored sculpey, I think if you mix a whole box of super sculpey with whole block of a color, then it turns out pretty well. Some people do 1 box super sculpey + one block white sculpey III + one block black sculpey III to get gray super sculpey. Super sculpey is pretty receptive to the color that it's mixed with.

Those little blocks should have grooves on them seperating them into 4 parts...I just use one of those parts.

And mixing it by hand isn't that bad. Besides, you're really supposed to knead/condition the sculpey before using it anyways.
