That is an amazing picture, nothing I can crit about, though I don't really like the shoes. That's my personal taste. :tihi:
Which program did you use?

His hip is a bit messed up. On the left side of the picture, his hip just goes into space.

Oh boy.. Here we go.
I always say the likes last, because you are so mad after my post if I put them first- You wouldn't notice.

These are all the perspective issues in Red. The blue are the main, most prominent ones, and the red are ones that defy the blue. Some of these are suggestions, but some are definite.

This shows the few proportion/pose issues that are there. I accidentaly made both hands red, dun worry about the one you cant see. The reason I changed the hand was because gravity would affect it. His hand wouldnt be that loose if he was holding a sword and his legs were tense. Thats it for now.
EDIT:DISREGARD THE HIP LINE. KEEP THE HIP WHERE YOU HAVE IT. That's all.
I like the colors, the hair is very neat. However, I also do recommend you learn muscle anatomy from other sources than DBZ. Alot of the muscles, other than abs, look really nice. I like the arms and stuff. When you are this good at color, I recommend you go back and learn the ABC's of drawing (Not Coloring) like Line and Value, etc.
Keep on arting.

I think it's just his pants.
The perspective on his feet, though, does seem a bit off; it looks like his left foot is bending downwards towards the end, and I would think his right foot should be tilted a little more towards the viewer.
EDIT: (I think PixelDragoon covered it)

the thnig in his right hand vanishing out is bugging me a bit. other than that nothing more to add other crits.
i liked the choice of colors, could use a bit more perspective but generally i liked it renderwise.
