Salary Range?

I am going in for my 2nd interview where I am positive they will be offering me the position. We have yet to talk about salary except for they told me that salary was not an issue, but they also know how much I make now $37,000. The position is for Sr. Web Designer for a very large company. I will have 3 jr. designers under me and will be making a lot of decisions for the department.

My current position is with a very small company where I pretty much have my hands in every facet of the company. I know I am not making nearly what I should be but I took the position for the experience.

My question is there any body currently in Indiana in this type of position and what kind of salary should I expect for this type of position?

hey if money isn't a problem... how bout doubling your salary! ...uh..really though.. y do they know how much you make now? that might limit how much they are willing to offer you. given what you make now and the new position with people undery you i'd think at least 50k... what are you thinking would be a good number. i'd deffinately try to get good start pay..cuz that sets your pay there from now on. happy negociating!
