Hello all,
Slothworks Studio is currently seeking concept artists for the Wanderlust Project, a persistent world scalable role playing game (not to be confused with an MMO!) in which players have a direct influence over the outcome of their world. We are currently an amateur team that is making the game for fun, and perhaps eventually to make some money.
The setting of Wanderlust is a post apocalyptic world rebuilding after a world war that devistated all life on the planet one thousand years ago. Civilization has now achieved the equivalent of earth's 18th century, with some minor differences such as the tangible existence of magic, and a profusion of Gods, Demons, and other spiritual beings.
For character art we are looking for a style somewhere between manga and something a bit more western. Architecture, landscapes, etc should be extremely photorealistic, with the only stylized element being characters and to a lesser extent their clothing.
