Why I can't post attachments?

I'm new here and im asking why i can't post attachments and share my drawings with all of you ? There is rules below and it says :
-You may post new threads
-You may post replies
-You may not post attachments
-You may edit your posts
....
Why cant i post attachments? Because that im new ?

Can anyone tell me why i cant ?
Because that someone saw my drawings and didnt like ?
Is that why i am not allowed to post any attachments?

to post a pic you have to have that pic online somewhre first __like a website for example

then when you to post it youre only linking it to conceptart.
youll hit IMG and type the link

youre not actually putting hte piece on conceptart.org's server

I got it but i wonder why it says you may not post attachments. Anyway thanks so much. ;)

Yeah, the reason is simply that all these attachments would kill us - they eat server space and bandwidth. It's not like we don't want you to be able to upload attachments...

Ok i understand now. Thanks. But i really want to send my drawings and stuff because there is really inspiring and great stuff here... :( When will it be able to send attachments ? Is there a number of maximum members who can send? :(

If someone can give us a fast server with "unlimited" space and bandwidth, we can start right now :D
As long as we actually have space and bandwidth limits I can't see that happening. :(
You'll just have to find your own webspace, upload the images there and then include them with the IMG tag...
