well, i'm supposed to do a demo reel of what i've done for the past 3 years... but every demo reel i've comed across are either filled with 3d works and animation or just some minimal pieces of 2d drawings with a majority of 3d models.

i'm kinda stuck cos all i've done are mostly 2d drawings/paintings/sketches/ and a game, and i'm not that good at 3d. i'm not sure how to do the demo reel, cos if its filled with 2d work, it'll look more of a powerpoint presentation, only with flashier transitions....any ideas?

much appreciated.

sorry I can't be more helpful. But why are you putting a demo reel together? From an animation perspective, most of demo reels I see are for people applying as animators, modelers, or compositors. Stuff like that. People I know that are going for 2D backgrounds, design, storyboards and stuff, still generally use traditional format portfolios. Maybe you don't need a reel.
