i think there could be some more contrast in her skin values--shes got no upper eyelashes
did you trace a photo for the outline or is it from observation?
although the highlights look correct the colors could be more local to her real hair color. even if its dyed black all the highlights arent going to be one value of light grey

I like it.

Couple of things:

Her eyes could be worked on more they look flat.
Maybe blend or lighten that outline around her skin.

I think she's cute too. Whats her phone#.........Just Kidding.
