your camera captures really nice... one thing i noticed its dark.... well maybe we could just edit the brightness :teeth:

are you using any special lighting? im not sure if its an effect you are going for...but technically speaking, there appears to be some color correction needed on most of these to achieve "correct color. "

the first is too blue,
second too green(or cyan, not sure),
third too blue,
fourth too green or cyan again
fifth seems pretty good...maybe a tab bit red.

again i have no idea if you were intentionally doing this. ive spent 4 years in a dark room color correctiong color prints. its like engraved in my eyes now. and they are too dark. are you just shooting on auto, or setting the exposure?

out of all of them i like the fourth with the sticks on newspaper. very nice angle and i like the short depth of field.

jo_marie: they are pretty dark because i took them without flash in a poorly lited room. i set brightness to the maximum so you can imagine how dark they were (i should have changed ISO to something faster). whenever i used flash it made colors ugly :( .

bluegoddess: GOOD EYE!!! you are totally right. most of my pics came out too blue because i didnt know how to set whitebalance, so each time i used flash, pictures came out bluish. and i guess when i didnt use flash, pictures came out cyan. now i have my whitebalance set to auto.

kool photographs, how do you capture such good colour like the blue of the sky and the orange on the buildings?
