this is an expressive piece that i worked on for about three
hours while listening to Tool. this one represents their song
"the patient" i am open for comments good or bad. and any
tips for next time would be greatly apreciated.

Yeah I would say you may not be taking it so well.

Although if it makes you create stuff like this it can't be all bad.

I prefer the second one, the black and white contrast just makes it that much "edgier" and it rocks my world.

  two thumbs up from me

i really like your style.
your line usage reminds me of Joe Quesada, one
of my all time favorite comic artists.

do you find art theraputic when you're down?
i know for some artists, it just frustrates, sometimes
intensifies the depression. blah. sorry, probally too personal
a question.

i'd love to see more of your work.

no i dont mind at all...actually at the time i am doing the work i am still depressed or angry or whatever but after i feel better. i am starting a new way of doing things for me and it is good to know some people like it. art helps me it is kind of like my ventaliation. i dont go out and get drunk or go smash shit...i just draw...i do my best work when i am in a crap mood...but it still is not that great and i hope with art school and pro help here i can improve.

Awesome work man...you definatly were able to translate your emotion to paper in my opinion. Both pieces convey a great sense of movement and pain.
