I don't have much expertise in the game design area, but it might be helpful to know what kind of input you're looking for.

Cheers,
Stein

Hmm, the arms look too short but other than that I would like to see more detail to muscle. Also I realize that this might be because she's not in movement but she looks really stiff.

which part of the arms is short, coz if you look from a side view it doesnt look short to me.. hmm :nohope:

i am looking for anything you might feel is out of sync with her :)

I think that your poly count is a little on the high side for todays games...im including the head and the body together. You might wanna get rid of some of the unwanted polies on the head and body, i.e. the neck, legs, feet, chest. Other than that it looks pretty good.

tweaks according to your precious input
*hands enlarged, boots resized, removed edgeloops and unwanted polygons.

Yep; the polygon count is very high. You just don't need that many with a good texture. Most of the detail will be textured in, or you can use a normal map (if the engine supports advanced shaders) to add in a lot more detail.

Regardless, it still looks great.

thanks for the compliment :)

i might use a normal map, i just talked to a professional animator and he told me the model looks clean right now to be used as is, so a lil bit more tweaking of proportions and the back side and maybe some more tweaking on the head, armor definition and i am set..

hmm sounds like a lot of work when i read it :P

It is looking pretty good now. Watch your poly count when you attach the head to the body, you are still running almost 10,000 tris with the 2 parts together. The pinky looks a little small on the side view, you might wanna beef up that section a bit. Cant wait to see it textured:)

its not 10k, the 10k count is for the whole scene, which means 2 bodies and 1 head

the overall is about ~5k

the pinky is is on a curved to match a normal rest position of the hand, the side and front view are misleading.

her shoulders look a bit stiff to me, and when rigging her i find that that kinda messes it up, esp. since it is a bit messy with the tri's around her armpit. the rest of the mesh is very nice though, well done overall.

you cant see the armpits from here but its all quads :)
and i realy thought i fixed the shoulders stiffness, look at the before and after pics..

thanks for posting

i have added the armor definitions, the poly count is high and i know it is.
but other than that, what do you think about it.
