Before I give you any crits, you must take off that god-awful filter. Never use it again! Ever!

It's hard to discern a lot of about it with that texture on top, but from what I can see here, her chin looks cut off and the colour of her hair is a bit too greenish if she's supposed to be blonde. You'd do well not to let your shadows fade to black as you have here either.
