Hmm... Firstly, I'd suggest crediting David White for the original spidertank, which is undeniably your inspiration.
As for the guns, study how a gun works. The pistols are very good, and look rugged and functional. However, the rifles don't have anything recognizeable as a continuous barrel. A rifle is a rifle because it has a long barrel, and short rifles are only short because the clip is behind the handle, like the british SA-80 or american OICW.
Also, a rifle-type weapon is supposed to fit snugly at the shoulder, perhaps extending a bit above, and you lean your head over to look through the sights. This is so as to have very little difference between what you see through the sights and the path of the bullet.
I'd suggest using Google to get some references. Look under Colt, Fabrique Nationale, Kalishnikov, Dragunov, and Heckler & Kotch.
And stay young. Everything starts to suck when you have to pay for things AND earn the money to do so.

Jup...i will edit my first post to say that's the design by David White.
And you want probably wanna know why i'm draw exactly the same?
That's because i never drawed a mech before, i'm just drawing soms designs from other artists. But: i never finish them, because there not mine!
So, when i think i'm ready to draw one by myself, i will!
And thnx for the comments on the guns. I will search some references under Google!

Well i guess it's ok to 'copy' designs of others to learn, as long as copying soes not mean tracing (the dreaded T word) -- i never saw the original so i cant judge that... If it's a trace or replication than you should not post it or post it in the WIP/help section and add the reference so people can crit if the copy is coming along (ok this coming from somebody always managing to post in the wrong section...lol)
Try not to exactly copy a design but using it to draw the same object from a different position etc. That way you learn way more.
As long as you add something of your own imagination to it not just replicating the same thing you will learn from it.
But in the end its better to use your own imagination for stuff - even if it is based on or inspired by some other art. That happens all the time.
