Not too bad. My main crit would be the colours are a bit to solid albeit flat. Maybe try some custom brushs on it to give it more texture.

Good job revising. I like this one much more. The horseman needed the rest of his horse. There are only some proportional issues with it. Head and neck of the horse are a little big for the body. Once again, nice job on the guy and good lighting too. Maybe next time try not to smear the colors so much to blend them. It works on the fire, but detracts a bit from the foreground characters.
