Okay I'm just excited coz I'm still quite high after attending their concert.

They were really great performers.....not the greatest, but definitely loved their show.

Anyway....Paid $60 for the tickets...but the barriers came down and the lack of security personnel didn't help. We surged forward into the front and it didn't matter anymore lol. Those kids who paid $100 to get front row standing ended up jostling for elbow space with all of us who paid $60. Unbelieveable!

Had a great time....now I need a little nap...then I'll have to start work.

i personally can't stand their signer. i find nothing really wrong with the instrumentalists, just the signer.

Well, I never liked Slipknot, but I guess it'd be good in concert, the type of music it's like. I like Jazz, but I have no idea how you'd be able to listen to it in concert.

Slipknot is great live, though I regret that I missed their first concert in Sweden. It was when they just release their self-entitled album and they played in this small scene, probably for about 500-1000 people only.
Saw them when they came here for their Iowa tour, they asked for someone to bring an moose there (dead ofc), and some dude actually brought a skull, which they used for drumming. Probably the best concert I've seen so far.

Anyways, it's a bitch that their audience (?) now consists 85% of kids between 9-14 age. At least here :(

No shit. I had to watch out for kids slamming my way while trying to enjoy the show while making sure those kids that fell were alright at the same time.

It was a brilliant gig. They went thru the restrictions of public performances in Singapore and did what they could within those guidelines. Gotta give them a hand for that. Maybe its a business thing for them, but hey, if they went over the top and got banned after their first gig here then the fans will be the only ones getting the stick for it. So I have a lot of respect for them for trying to follow the strict rules here despite their reputation for doing serious stuff in their gigs.

We had like...5000+ crowd that night. For a country our size, having 5000+ is a pretty good scorecard.
