You have a good start here.

The first thing i'd do is remove the black scribbles on top and bottom of the image.

There are a lot of places where the white background shows. Thats not good, fill out those areas. Sharper outlines would also taste great. Come to think about it, many things could use some sharper edges. Espescially his fingers, and right shoulder. (our left)

His left shoulder and chest muscle is too small. If you draw a line from each side of his ribcage and straight up to the shoulders, and a line straigh up from his bellybutton, this becomes very clear. His left horn also looks a little small compared to the other. (good work on the horn texture tho!)

His mouth looks like a flounder mouth. This is mainly because of the highlighs being to the far right. If you look under the nose, there's a white area that i suspect are the background shining through, but if it isnt, a highlight there wouldnt make much sense. Same thing under his chin, on his neck.

His waist should be thinner. If i remember this character correctly he has more of the idealized comic hero \/ shape.
