i dont understand it. how do you guys do it?? I have adobe photoshop 5.5 and ive never been able to get anything better then cell style out of it. however, ive had an easyer time mimicking the effects of paint with painter7.
my question is, how are you able to use photoshop exclusivly yet make it look like painter? what are your tools and brushes set to? what is a good PS tool that mimicks "grainy water" for smudgeing? any tips or tutorials would be great.
