Yeah, I knew about this for a while. They asked all of those, ya know, "famous" women artists to participate and whatnot. ;) They actually got a really good line-up, if you ask me!

It kills me though, right before I stopped working in-house, we started getting samples of those "blank" ponies in from Hong Kong and I SOOOOOO wanted to take one home with me... oh, the things I could do to that poor, blank canvas of a pony...

Actually, I'm begging my boss to let me go to the opening in October, I even have the perfect dress to wear! I mean, the fact that Fafi AND Junko Mizuno will be there is ALREADY enough for me to joygasm... the fact that this is a My Little Pony art show, that I've been obsessed with Ponies since I was 4 and that I've been lucky enough to design almost 50 ponies for the third generation of My Little Pony... well, that is icing on the pastel-colored, twinkling cake. ^___^

My boss said it was ok for me to start showing some of my concepts in my portfolio... so I'll add some 1337 Pony-ness to my sketchbook on the next update.

Well, I can't say I'm a pony fan and never had any but I CAN say that I painted them for a living. I'm sure I even painted some of your designs Steph while I was there. I can even prove it with the faded drop of My Little Pony pink on my shoe (takes shoe off and holds it to the computer).......see! :bashful:

Actually this would be a fun project to do. I've done so many for other people that it would be fun to do one my way for once.

Unless you painted one of the Breezie ponies, I don't think you worked on any of mine, since I only work on Exclusives and they're usually not cool enough to get paint models. :(

Its a really cool idea, like the new york cows thing is, ive seen similar projects in other place too :D Taking an established icon or like a toy though is cooler though... i wouldnt mind designing one >_>

Yes, I will try and make it to the sketchgroup. Although I did say that last time and ended up with a funeral to go to and a dead car. I guess anything could happen in a week but so far so good. :^^:

Dude, GI Joes were the perfect size for riding Ponies! My brother and I used to play this game where Cobra enslaved half of my ponies and eventually there would be Sea Ponies fighting hovercrafts and Pegasus fighting F-16s...

Nicolas: dude... the old German ponies will fetch you a bundle in the collector's market nowadays. Better check your parent's attic just in case... ;)
