Hi there :)
My favourite stuff in this is the yellow-black post with rust on it and the concrete stair/wall.Good job on the textures there. "Rubberglow" on the girl is good too. Only thing that somehow disturbs me is the almost to clear colored-edges. Theres no smudging, no un-sharp edges, that would naturally occur in an image on the human eye. Its most visible on the lit edge on the stair, the pillar, the rubber-hose and the slits in the girls outfit. As im just brushing up on art-history, the italians call this sfumato - unclear edges that lets the eye, the see-er make his own interpretations. Add on a little more smudge and un-sharpness and this is going to be a fine pic.
