not bad ark, the only thing i can say is that the right shoulder (our left) lacks definition, its hard to tell where the shoulder ends and the back starts. keep up the good work

I agree with mtomczak we would be able to see a little of the back and also the values on the arm her right and the value on her face are the same or to close, makes it /things look flat.just my take, good job with the acrylics

nice, but i think you need to play around with some glazing. your colors appear a bit chalky in areas, its hard to avoid this with acrylics....i usually use a light wash of transparent color over the whole thing to unify colors, and to add depth. use an acrylis gloss medium as well. trust me, it makes a HUGE difference. glaze and pull your forms, then glaze again, highlights...i mean, take it with a grain of salt, but this technique has worked well for me in the past. hope this helps.-c36

lol, abit late on the response...haven't had a chance to access the net in a few days. That's for you advice all, spec. el coro. I think I understand what your saying cause I saw Mr. Barber doing that in a demo at Ringling last summer...I'll have to try it out abit, hopefully I won't make the same mistake in the next painting
