concept b&w

This is a b&w concept (W.I.P.) for an alien idea i thought up this morning, and ive been working on it off and on throughout the day. Any advice or C&C? i would greatly appreciate it. I think i like the direction its going in, but i would love to have some input on what i may want to change. thanks :rendered:

i can take your alien out!
thin neck. skinny spear-head/chin and fins. no prob. this guys looks pretty fragile. i'd suggest making him sturdier.
