I've got to say that the idea of the daily sketch group is awsome. It is getting me drawing things I otherwise might not do!

Just a quicky. Looks more like a bull's head than a dragon's, but you get the idea.

Matias, that looks great! Both the dragon head and the figure are really well done.

Machzero, awesome. The rays of light are great. Good to see that character again.

Ads, commendable use of perspective. Any chance you'll go on to color it?

first post in the daily sketch group, but I'm coming every day to watch the works post here.

I really dig the subject today so I did one.

1h30 with HB pen and paper.

The Uruks have chosen Dragon Head Cave as their base of operations, they believe it has been carved by Galash-Ugul, god of terror, and as such has been destined for them, even the secular among the Uruk find it very practical, as it is quite large, and hidden from prying eyes

I thought of doing the ol' dragon holding a dungeon sign in his hand pointing into his maw, just waiting for some eager adventurer. But I dont really enjoy drawing dragons at all :(

Well, haven't drawn in a while, and definately haven't done any 'drawing' in PS for a while. I have however been checking in to the DSG for a long time. Finally decided to try one.

just some comments to throw in =)

ads: nice perspective- would have loved to see it colored
obi-one: like the skull design- only thing it looks to me as if the door is just standing in the middle of a plateau (dunno if that s intended)
hamsta: nice!
matias: much atmosphere - I def. wouldnt dare to enter
