Pretty cool! Very creepy. I got chills when the little girl would show up. No doubt the SP game will be cool. Monolith always rocks in that area. Anyone here on the MP beta test? How is it?

mp beta demo is awesome.. bit buggy but playable .. awesome effects *slow motion* bullet effects sparkles light shadow hmmm fun gameplay action speed movement aiming just nice .. i really like it :D

Is anyone else having trouble with this demo? I've downloaded it and tried to get it up and running but have had no success! My PC just freezes up most of the time.

I don't think it's my system, I've got an Athlon 64 3200, 2 gigs of RAM, and a GeForce 6600. Maybe a bad download? Not having these problems with any other game or program.

It's likely the download. Just try another source. Mine was from Fileshack. They are pretty reliable.

LOL...that is hilarious. It's rare that someone has my exact sense of humor but I'm pretty sure we're close Digisaur! LOL!

Well, DL'd it from another source and had the same problem. Went into the readme file and saw that it recommends at least a 4.2 gig processor. I'm wondering if mine (Athlon 64 3200) is comparable?

Thats what I have and it ran (comparitively) fine. Some slowdowns because it seems its a memory hog. CURSE YOU MONOLITH! MY NEW COMPUTER IS ALREADY OUTDATED!

i would download the demo, if it wasnt for the fact that the demo extracted is OVER A GIG (and its 15 minutes long), and the minimum system requirements are way too high. who knows, it may turn out to be a great game, but you can still have a great game without really high system requirements.

dear god, this games scary as hell. Im not one for scary anything, im a bit of a pansy when it comes to that, but this games just too good to miss. Very atmospheric and the graphics kick ass.

Well, tried the Fileshack version and the same thing happened. Got through the first piece of text, faded out, the next piece came up, started to fade out...then my PC rebooted! Cripes! Must be something about my configuration or something. I'm sure the demo has its share of problems anyway. Oh well...no demo for me. :(

After playing through it a few times, I can't wait for this to come out. After the first time throwing slo mo on and blowing away enemies, I was hooked. Great atmosphere. Oh yeah, the shottie is absolutely nasty, give it a shot in close quarters, and watch your foes get split in half, or take a couple heads off. :confident
