Good rendering, though from the nose down accuracy and quality decrease significantly, I think. Either that, or you've a strangely shaped head.

i think the term "based loosly" is the key factor to this whole thing. please keep in mind i haven't drawn in like a year or 2 and i am now persuring it seriously. i am drawing everyday and studing from life, etc. i may not do it as much as i should.... anyway it may sound like i'm complaining but i'm not. just trying to clear up something. now...

vaarok: thanks.... my face looks beter than this trust me. i was just doing a quick reference. it looks nothing like me thank god!! :D but i think my main focus was to be the eyes, hence the failing quality as it progresses down, i'll pay more attention to that for future pics.

aiden: thanks man... and thanks for the compliement on me sketches section. i was beginning to think people didn't visit there. now what do you mean what size? and i'm a member of the lower class just cause i don't feel worthy of saying "member of the Middle Class" like MindCandyMan, I.Was.Ink and a few others.

I couldn't draw this...so if you are lower class I am even lower. Looks good I like the crosshatching for the background. Good stuff man post more.

thanks mindcandy.... well i consider my self lower class since i'm not quite up there with android jones and jason, etc.... and i figure i'm lower than you guys since i don't know how to paint or work with color really. anyway thanks for the comments!! i'm digging some your stuff too. i got other posts on here... it's just a matter of finding them. :D

And i think you make it hard on yourself thinking in terms of higher and lower... I for sure wouldn't like that, it would make me hesitate to draw anything if i were to compare myself with the masters... I would probably go and watch tv if i did that... :-/

I think you're really good especially if you didn't draw for 2 years. I would hope to render like that!
