it's a good drawing. i like the torn cloth billowing around the, uh, robot-skeleton with the glowing eyes. it looks like it's tilting, or falling, to the left and the way it's clenching its hand makes me think it's dying a horrible, screeching death.

the colouring is kinda funny. for something so wraith/reaper like the background should be equally torn, ragged and dark. the clean rounded rectangle and cool blue feel off.

the cloth is lit kinda strangely. while each peice has shading to it, few cast shadows on other parts.

that being said, i like the expression and the slack jaw filled with rows of 'teeth'. very cool

I think thicknes of the lines shouldn't be equal everywhere. Some auxiliary lines should be thiner.
The clothe doesn't look like shaded, but like dirty. I think there is to much contrast in it.
