Toned papers

Growing interest on toned paper/sketchbooks. Are there any leading manufacturers out there?

Strathmore is probably the first name that comes to mind, or Bienfang maybe. I have a few from a company I'm having trouble remembering (Mientes?) but they're in a pretty nice range of colors - they came in a loose package.
