In someone's imagination the skull things run on their tounges in the desert. Unfortunetly, wet tounges get full of sand, a very unpleasent feeling.
The skull things found a solution to their problems - wiping their tounges on paper.
The paper dosen't like sandy drool either, so it runs away.
