the second one is looking pretty good. I like the angle its at. The shirt has a nice soft feel to it. I would work more on the face, especially in the nose to chin area.

I'm 24. I recently quit my career in IT and decided to get a degree in art. I just finished drawing I, so now i'll move on to painting/computer stuff in the fall.

Very nice moot. I really enjoy your color work a lot. You can see very well when you take the time to do so. Keep it up man, this class seems to be wooping your butt.

Cool stuff man, youve got the painting technique pretty good but some of the context is a little off.

The proportions of some of your faces seem off. Trying doing studies (www.saveloomis.org :D) of the face then putting in the construction into the face and stuff, so they fit to the proper place and scale etc.

Good work though keep it up, The still life pencils/characoals? are very good aswell.

Awesome work bra'! I love the color in your portraits. Yeah, there are some drawings issues with the girl, but nothing a little practice can't help. I would work on figure drawing. Btw, great drapery too!
