Second one's hind leg seems bent a bit unnaturally, and overall doesn't look muscled for flight. It should have back muscles like sides of beef, not gaunt ribs and knobby joints.

However, I like both. First one reminds me of Saquamanta the Lizardman from an old D&D novel.
